Is there a per-filing charge?
No. Filing is included at every plan level. The only extra on your invoice is the jurisdiction's own fee, passed through at cost and itemised per location.
What counts as a location?
A physical address you operate from. A single address with two trading entities counts once. Vehicles, technicians and practitioners are not charged as locations.
What happens if a filing is rejected?
We fix it and refile at no charge. Rejections are usually a form version or a missing supporting document, and both are our job.
Is there a minimum term?
Annual, billed monthly or up front. We will not hold you to it if we fail to cover a jurisdiction we said we would.
Do you charge for extra users?
No. Seats are unlimited on every plan, because compliance that only one person can see is the problem we are selling against.
