Do I have to resell, or just refer?
Either. Most partners refer and take the 20%. If you would rather hold the contract and bill your client directly, we support that on the Portfolio plan.
Will you sell around me?
No. The referring partner stays on every thread. If the client asks us to take over the relationship, we tell you before we agree to it.
What does attribution look like?
90 days from the introduction. If they come back later and name you, we honour it anyway.
Is there a certification?
No. There is a 30 minute walkthrough so you can answer the obvious questions, and that is it.
