The first ninety days after a spreadsheet
Dana Whitfield
VP Operations, Pinebrook

The first week is uncomfortable. Importing a location list almost always turns up permits that expired without anyone noticing, and the number is rarely zero.
The second surprise is duplication. Groups that have grown by acquisition frequently hold two registrations for the same activity at the same address, and have been paying for both.
By week six the register stops being a project and starts being a background process. The renewal work moves from reactive to scheduled, which is the whole point.
By day ninety the honest measure is not how many permits you hold. It is how many hours your area managers stopped spending on this.
